The grapes for this specific wine are meticulously sourced from their Galli Vineyard, where the family cultivates 100% native Nebbiolo grapes. This particular plot is rooted in complex calcareous marl soils, a signature geological profile that infuses the fruit with elegant structure and bright aromatics. The vineyard is farmed strictly with organic and biodynamic techniques, aligning with the lunar phases to optimize vine health naturally. By hand-harvesting these dedicated plots, the winery ensures only the finest fruit goes on to undergo spontaneous fermentation, completely preserving the distinct regional identity of the site.
