Shipping policy

Title and ownership on all Wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase:

If you require that your wine be shipped, you authorize Flor Wines to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf.  You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Flor Wines. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required", and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise may be required to ask and check for identification upon delivery, which may require you to be home in order to accept delivery.

Buyer takes all responsibility for the product being transported to the buyer’s selected destination. Buyer may pick up the product at Seller’s location or make independent delivery arrangements. Wines sold to you from Flor Wines is sold in Oregon, and title passes to you, the buyer, in Oregon. We make no representations concerning your legal right to ship or receive wine into any state outside Oregon. The buyer is responsible for compliance with their State Laws regarding wine import and taxation. 
Interstate Shipping: Many states have laws prohibiting or severely restricting the shipment of wine into their states from elsewhere in the country, these laws are continually changing and may affect our ability to ship to you. As of January 2022, we are unable to ship to the following states: AL, AR, DE, MS, RI, UT, HI. UPS is our primary shipping provider. We may also use a Third Party Shipper depending on which state you are ordering from. 

 

Delivery Schedule + Local Services: Flor Wines offers delivery Tuesday - Friday. Orders received and fulfilled before 1pm will normally ship out that same day. Orders received between Saturday through Monday will ship out on Tuesday. Flor Wines uses a local courier service for deliveries throughout the Portland Metro area only. Pricing + Local Delivery Zones: Delivery is currently set at $20 for up to 12 bottles. If you are purchasing more than 12 bottles, we may reach out to you with an updated shipping quote. We are currently delivering within a 25 mile radius of our store. Requirements: We require age verification prior to checkout. Matching shipping and billing details are also required prior to order fulfillment. 

Additional Notes: Flor Wines will confirm all order fulfillments and delivery details with you once we have received your order. If your shipment is returned to us due to failure to receive your delivery, Flor Wines will contact you to arrange a second attempt. Please note: Additional shipping and handling fees may apply for each attempt beyond the initial delivery attempt.
