This 4 pack takes our other Thanksgiving Sipper Pack to the next level with a less is more approach. Great wines for the Thanksgiving Day meal and great seasonal fall wines for drinking all November, but turned up to 11. These wines are all stunners and will knock it out of the park on Turkey Day, or any time you pop one. Why not treat your guests (and yourself) to some wine that is just a little more special.

Our 4 pack includes:

NV Gaston Chiquet, 'Tradition' Premier Cru Brut - Champagne, France
Impressions: Aptly named, since it has become a tradition for us to recommend this wine every holiday season. Complex citrus, stone fruit and brioche aromatics 'Tradition' is a blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, and 25% Pinot Noir. 80% of the fruit is coming from the 2019 harvest with the remainder filled in by 2018 and 2017. Grapes are sourced from Hautvillers 1er Cru, Dizy 1er Cru, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ 1er Cru and Aÿ Grand Cru. A low dosage of just 4g/L.

2016 Trimbach 'Réserve Personnelle' Pinot Gris - Alsace, France
Impressions: Trimbach is the reference point for Alsace wine and this particular bottling is a selection of parcels in the Grand Cru Osterberg and Wiebaum vineyard in Ribeauvillé. Highly aromatic notes of ripe pear, apricots draw you into its rich, full-bodied palate that pairs perfectly with Thanksgiving fare. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vessels, this one is opulent from start to finish.

2022 Color Collector 'Bjornson Vineyard' Gamay - Eola-Amity Hills, Oregon
Impressions: It wouldn't be a proper Thanksgiving without a fantastic Gamay. Leads with high toned notes of ripe red cherries, raspberries, maitakes, dried rose petal and wet leaves. A bright acidity introduces a mineral-forward and silky texture that gently sways towards a dry, fruity and floral finish. Perhaps the finest domestic Gamay we've ever had, and limited to only 50 cases produced.

2020 Domaine de Panisse, 'Le Mas' Châteauneuf-du-Pape - Southern Rhône, France
Impressions: If you ask us, it's perfect Châteauneuf weather. This bold, complex and brooding take is comprised of 55% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre, 5% Cinsault. Notes of cherry liqueur, blackberry compote, figs, forest floor, and licorice entice from the glass. The palate is silky and structured, with a dense concentration that melts into a velvet tannic touch. The finish is savory, spicy and slightly smoky. Ideal for braised or roasted meats.
