Impressions: Pierre Péters is a historic, family-run grower Champagne house located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger that has been estate-bottling exceptional, chalk-driven Blanc de Blancs for six generations. This specific cuvée is crafted from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay and utilizes a solera-style perpetual reserve started in 1988, which accounts for roughly half of the blend to marry youthful freshness with deep, mature complexity. The resulting wine is piercingly precise and mineral-forward, delivering vibrant flavors of green apple, citrus oil, and toasted brioche framed by a lacy mousse and a intensely saline finish.
2024 Moreau-Nadet, Chablis - Burgundy, France
