"'We enjoy wines that are as natural as possible.' In the South Styrian Sausal, we cultivate 20 hectares of vineyards according to biodynamic guidelines. On diverse slate and shell limestone soils, we create taut, straightforward, mineral wines and sparkling wines, which have been Demeter certified since the 2019 vintage.
Our special passion lies in producing elegant vintner’s sparkling wines using the traditional bottle fermentation method. Here, too, biodynamic cultivation plays a crucial role."

"Our Muskateller sparkling wine is a true charmer: Fine nuances of mandarins, elderflowers, a hint of lemongrass, and delightful freshness. Elegant, pleasant yellow tropical fruit, subtly spicy, fresh acid structure, fine fruit sweetness, and a sweet orange note in the aftertaste."
