As most of you are well aware, these sipper packs are always curated with the seasons in mind. So how do we pair wines to this unpredictable time of year? The answer: we mix in as much diversity as possible. Be prepared for everything that April throws your way with this collection ranging from a bright and sunny Rosé to a bold and warming Zinfandel. We hope you enjoy the sun, the rain, and more importantly, these wines.

Our 6 pack includes:

NV Domaine Ligier, Blanc de Blancs Crémant du Jura - Jura, France Impressions: The Jura has always been our go to French sparkling region outside of Champagne. This blanc de blancs entices with notes of lemon curd, white peach, toasted almonds and a touch of brioche. Compact bubbles greet the palate before forming a frothy mousse that slowly descends towards a crisp, fruity and savory finish.

2023 La Capranera, Falanghina - Campania, Italy Impressions: La Capranera works mainly with indigenous varieties and greatly overdelivers vintage after vintage. Tropical notes of pineapple and papaya hover over earthier tones of white flowers, almond blossoms and dried thyme. The texture shines with a lovely interplay between its vibrant acidity and mineral rich texture that sways towards a crisp, fruity and herbal finish. Enjoyed best with a pizza bianca or cream based pasta dishes.

2023 Olga Raffault, Chinon Rosé - Loire Valley, France Impressions: We sometimes forget about this style since we largely associate Raffault with her benchmark reds, but this one immediately commanded our attention. Notes of underripe strawberry, cranberries, dried rose petals, and wet stones evolve from the glass. A fresh acidity introduces a mineral-forward juicy texture that concludes with a crisp, refreshing and dry finish. This bottle goes down dangerously easy.

2023 Ca' La Bionda, Valpolicella Classico - Veneto, Italy Impressions: We're bound to have a day this month when we're on the fence between a white or a red, so chill this one and enjoy! Highly aromatic with notes of rainier cherries, raspberry coulis, nasturtium and wildflowers. The palate is bright and juicy with light body that's easily pushed towards a crisp, dry and refreshing finish. Little to no tannins, this one very much drinks like a white wine.

2022 Glatzer, 'Carnuntum Cuvée' Zweigelt - Carnuntum, Austria
Impressions: Zweigelt is always a hit this time of year as the nose suggests a bolder wine with aromas of ripe marionberries, black raspberries, green peppercorns and a touch of baking spices. The palate is where we instead get a medium bodied, juicy profile that has a touch of velvety tannins on the finish. It's fruity, earthy and peppery exit notes inspires multiple food pairings if you can get past its easy drinking nature.

2019 Three, Old Vines Zinfandel - Contra Costa County, United States Impressions: When you get faked out by the sun and the gray skies make their comeback, this wine is here for you. Highly aromatic notes of strawberry compote and baking spices leap from the glass. The palate is rich and warming with a vibrant acidity that carries its full bodied frame towards a grainy tannic bite. Fruity and peppery notes on the finish will have you craving barbecue and red meats.
