Dama del Rovere is a distinguished Veneto estate renowned for working some of the highest-altitude vineyards in the Soave Classico zone. Their 2024 Dama del Rovere Soave Classico is crafted primarily from hand-harvested Garganega grapes grown on the mineral-dense, volcanic slopes of Monte Calvarina, which are native-yeast fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless steel. The resulting white wine reveals an expressive bouquet of fresh lemons, citrus zest, white blossoms, and crushed stones, leading to a refined, medium-bodied palate balanced by tangy acidity and a distinctive, refreshing sea-salt finish.
