The vineyards for the Oke Sauvignon Blanc draw from both the family's home estate on the Wairau Bar and the Redwood Hills vineyard in the cooler Awatere Valley. The distinct terroir of the Wairau Bar features a diversity of soil types, ranging from fertile alluvial deposits and loam to sandy and silty soils, all promoting healthy drainage.
