Slobodné Vinárstvo is a family-run, low-intervention estate located in the Hlohovec region of Zemianske Sady, Slovakia, where sisters Katarína and Agnesa, alongside their partners, have revitalized a historic family property dating back to 1912. The winery focuses on biodynamic and organic viticulture, treating the estate as a self-sustaining ecosystem with a deep commitment to soil health and biodiversity.

For their expressive Devina bottling, they source fruit from their independent, sustainably farmed vineyards characterized by diverse loess and clay soils. The wine is made entirely from Devín, an indigenous Slovak grape variety that thrives in this particular microclimate and develops intense aromatic complexity on the vine. Through spontaneous fermentation and extended skin contact, the family masterfully coaxes out the grape's unique tropical and floral personality while honoring their ancestral terroir.
