Signoraginni winery was founded by Giorgia Salierno, a former fashion industry professional who redirected her passion to natural winemaking in the picturesque Tuscan region of Cortona. Her wines are a tribute to influential women, reflecting her motto, "In Donna Veritas" ("in women there is truth"). For her 'Vivienne' wine, she sources grapes from a single hectare of 30-year-old vines, which she carefully rehabilitated. A 50/50 blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia grown on clay, sand, and silt soils and undergo a co-fermentation with 15 days skin contact to produce this orange wine.

Winemaking
The grapes are co-fermented with about 15 days of skin contact. It is then aged in steel or fiberglass tanks. The winemaking process is low-intervention, with minimal or no added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
