Located in the renowned village of Westhofen, Weingut Seehof has been carefully stewarded by the Fauth family for five generations. Today, winemaker Florian Fauth focuses heavily on craftsmanship and limestone-terroir expression, crafting estate wines that rival the region's elite. For the "Elektrisch" Kabinett, Fauth intentionally sources roughly 70% of the fruit from his own estate holdings. The majority of these estate grapes are harvested directly from Aulerde, a prestigious Grand Cru (Grosse Lage) vineyard celebrated for producing deeply mineral, energetic Rieslings.
