The Rodica Family Vineyard is a family-owned estate located in Truške, Slovenia, nestled in the rolling hills of Slovenian Istria overlooking the Gulf of Trieste. Operating with a deep respect for nature, the estate manages 15 hectares of vineyards certified organic since 2006. The family specializes in crafting traditional, low-intervention wines from native varietals like Refošk and Malvazija. By utilizing spontaneous fermentation and bottling unfiltered, they capture the true, mineral-rich expression of their Mediterranean terroir.

The Rodica vineyards are carved into south-facing terraces at elevations up to 350 meters in the hills of Slovenian Istria. Located just 5 kilometers from the Adriatic Sea, the site benefits from intense temperature swings and powerful Mediterranean winds that naturally protect the vines. The roots dive deep into poor, mineral-rich limestone soil that has never touched chemical fertilizers, infusing the grapes with a distinct sea-spray salinity and sharp minerality.
