"The first vintage from this new Nuits-St-Georges site planted in 2017/18. The land on a 40% slope had to be cleared from scratch and it nearly cost him a leg and his nose taking the trees out. Nicolas wonders if he may have planted with a pinot trop fin in this dry spot. The 2023 has avoided too much ripeness and there is a real pot."
