"On the southern border of Bâtard-Montrachet, stony soil with less clay, planted with density of 20,000 to 25,000 vines per hectare. Farming is lutte raisonnée, with organic methods. Gentle pressing, light settling, slow fermentation. Aged for 18 months in 300L and 600L barrels (0-10% new oak), 6-12 months in tank."
