"From two sections with brown clay soils (40-50cm deep), Jurassic limestone bedrock. Practicing organic viticulture. 20% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in wooden vats. Aged 16 months in barrels (1/6 new), racked and aged for an additional few months in tank. No fining, no filtration."
