Portugal Boutique Winery was founded by winemakers and longtime friends Ricardo and Nuno to showcase the raw, terroir-driven potential of Portugal's historic wine regions. Moving away from highly industrialized production, the winery focuses on organic and regenerative farming across small, character-filled plots. For their crystalline Gorro Vinho Verde, they source grapes from two distinct 40-year-old Atlantic-influenced vineyards located near the Lima River. These coastal sites feature a unique combination of rocky, pebble-heavy soils and steep, schist-clayey slopes. This precise geological mix gives their wines a signature bone-dry elegance and a powerful, saline-driven minerality.
