Instead, the wine alternative is made from a Barossa Valley Semillon grape verjus, which provides acidity, and blended with cold-steeped Tasmanian raspberries, chamomile, and Murray River salt for a balanced, complex flavor profile. The cold-steeping process uses freeze-dried raspberries to concentrate the fruit's flavor before the ingredients are carefully blended and carbonated.
