"All of our sparkling wines, in addition to meeting the strict requirements established by Corpinnat, are made exclusively with grapes from the sustainable vineyards of our Estate. They age in the bottle in the underground cellars for periods ranging from thirty months to twenty-six years."

About the cuvee:

This "special edition" Corpinnat from the 2017 vintage is made of 47% Parellada, 28% Macabeo & 20% Xarel-lo and was aged on its lees for nearly eight years (!) before being disgorged in June of 2025.
