Founded in 1930 in the village of Pfaffenheim, Domaine Moltès is a third-generation family winery now managed by grandsons Stéphane and Mickaël, who transitioned the entire 25-hectare estate to certified organic viticulture in 2015. The winery’s Crémant d’Alsace is primarily sourced from vineyards situated on the clay-limestone and silt-based soils at the foot of the Pfaffenheim hills, which provide the essential freshness and minerality for sparkling production.
A blend of 60% Pinot Blanc, 30% Pinot Noir, and 10% Riesling.
