This winery is renowned for its crucial role in the revitalization of Sicily's winemaking heritage, especially the authentic Marsala wine. Established in the 1980s, the winery was founded by Marco de Bartoli, a former race car driver who felt a deep moral obligation to save Sicily's native grape varieties from industrial production and reclaim the dignity of the island's traditional wines. Today, his children continue his legacy, producing high-quality Marsala, dry white, and passito wines while upholding their father's commitment to organic farming and indigenous grapes.

From organically farmed vines planted in the Trapani region of western Sicily, this wine is like a little vacation in a glass. With playful notes of lemon zest and green apple, it finishes with a zesty, sea-salt tang that will have you dreaming of sunny Mediterranean coastlines. Best enjoyed with hearty white meat based dishes.

Winemaking
Grapes are hand-harvested at dawn to preserve freshness, then are gently pressed. The must undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on its fine lees in steel tanks for seven months before bottling.
