Maison Crochet is a family-run winery located in the village of Bulligny, within France’s Lorraine region. Founded in 1996 by Lionel Crochet and Sandra Laval, the estate is now led by their son, Wilfried Crochet, who returned in 2016 after honing his skills in Champagne and Bordeaux. The 5-hectare vineyard is managed with organic practices and low-intervention methods to craft high-quality sparkling and still wines. By opting for the Vin de France designation, the winery maintains the creative freedom to eschew traditional appellation rules and focus strictly on expressing the unique clay-limestone terroir of their site.
