This newer domaine created by a young couple Jean Orsoni and Juliette Puyperoux, They met in Paris and it was in 2020 that they took the plunge to purchase 5 hectares of vines. The domaine was historically in Juliette's family and they have managed to piece it back together and just completed renovating the cellar in the heart of Savigny.
Jasper Morris:
Not very deep in colour, but then this is 100% whole bunches, to the extent that a wonderful light perfume erupts. The fruit is very much alpine strawberry. And just flows across the palate. If this is your style of wine then Juliette and Jean have fashioned a beautiful example.

50% whole cluster (in 2022), light daily pump-overs and just two foot punch-downs at the end of fermentation, vertical press, aged in barrel (50% new, 50% recent) for about 12 months.
