Founded in 2015 by Noelia de Paz (affectionately known as "LaOsa"), the winery is dedicated to reviving the rare, indigenous varieties of her native DO Tierra de León. The 'Trasto' Blanco is crafted from 100% Albarín, an aromatic grape that was nearly extinct until recently and is distinct for its vibrant acidity and intense floral notes. De Paz sources her fruit from traditional growers in high-elevation vineyards (750–800 meters) characterized by alluvial clay and white stone soils, which provide the essential mineral backbone for this "sunshine in a glass".
