Today, third-generation winemaker Hans-Josef "HaJo" Becker and his sister Maria run the 13-hectare property with an unyielding commitment to organic farming and traditional, low-intervention practices. This specific village-level wine is sourced entirely from their organic vineyards in Walluf, primarily anchored by their crown jewel holding, the Walkenberg. The Walkenberg vineyard features narrow, high-canopy vine rows that provide deep shade and utilize extensive underground water reserves, shielding the grapes from excessive heat.
