Notes from Becky Wasserman Co.:
"Higher part of steep slope, facing east, sparse and rocky limestone soil, dense plantation of 28,000 vines per hectare. This part of the slope is so steep, the vines have to be worked with a small manual till aided by a winch at the top of the slope. The high density results in fewer bunches per vine with smaller, highly concentrated berries."
