Domaine Fumey-Chatelain is a family-owned estate nestled in Montigny-lès-Arsures, the renowned capital of Ploussard within France's Jura region. Established by Frédéric and Adeline Fumey in 1991, the domain transitioned into a dynamic new era when their son, Marin, took over the winemaking responsibilities. Today, the estate spans 17 hectares of sustainably and organically farmed vines planted in the region's signature clay and marl soils. By prioritizing indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention, the family crafts exceptionally pure, low-extraction natural wines that beautifully express the authentic character of the Jura terroir.
