Champagne Eric Rodez is a prestigious family-owned estate in the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay, with a winemaking lineage dating back to 1757. Currently managed by eighth-generation winemaker Eric Rodez and his son Mickaël, the ninth generation, the domaine spans roughly 6 hectares of primarily Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drawing on Eric’s experience as an oenologist at Krug, the winery is renowned for its masterful use of oak barrels and a vast library of reserve wines to create complex, multi-vintage blends. The estate is committed to sustainability, practicing organic and biodynamic viticulture and holding "High Environmental Value" (HVE) certification.
Sourced exclusively from the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay, a region defined by its specific clay-limestone soil over deep chalk and south/south-east facing vineyard plots.
