Domaine de Brousse is a 4^th generation family winery in the historic Gaillac region, currently run by Amandine Boissel. Her focus is on natural, low-intervention winemaking using indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfites to allow the unique clay-limestone terroir and traditional Duras and Braucol grapes to fully express themselves. The resulting wines, including "L'Affirme," are known for their authentic, earthy character and elegant drinkability.

‘L'Affirme’ offers a core of juicy black cherry and black raspberry fruit, complemented by distinctive earthy notes of clay, pepper, graphite, and cedar. The wine presents a harmonious balance of rustic elegance and drinkability, featuring manageable tannins and a hint of orange oil on the long finish. It is well-structured, simple, supple, and a delightfully moreish example of the Duras grape.
