Established in 1982 by Alain Mathias, this family-run estate is now managed by his son Bastien and daughter-in-law Carole, who have overseen operations since 2015. The domain operates across approximately 13–15 hectares of certified organic vineyards in Épineuil and Chablis, focusing on preserving terroir through minimal intervention and aging in a historic cellar carved from an old stone quarry.
