Located just outside of Grosseto in the Maremma region, the soils are known for being incredibly rocky which gives the grapes produced a unique strength and minerality."
"Norcias is spontaneously fermented in stainless steel for 21 days with native
yeast and a small dose of SO2. After 8 months in stainless steel tanks, the wine
is bottled, where it ages another 6 months before bottling."
