Az. Agricola Alberto Oggero's Roero Le Coste is a profound and site-specific Nebbiolo that exemplifies the "classic" side of Alberto Oggero’s artisanal range. Sourced from the south-west facing Le Coste cru in Santo Stefano Roero, the wine hails from 30-year-old vines planted in sandy clay soils at an altitude of approximately 320 meters. True to Oggero’s philosophy of minimal intervention, the 2023 vintage is born from spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a 25-day maceration in stainless steel, a process designed to extract the natural essence of the fruit without the "pomp" often associated with modern Piedmontese reds.
