Authentic Wines is the result of a shared passion for natural winemaking between friends and surfers Pedro Cabanita and Rodrigo Martins. Driven by their belief in authenticity, they craft wines exclusively from freshly fermented juice, with no additions or subtractions, to let the terroir shine through. The name "Favonius," inspired by the Roman god of the mild western wind, perfectly captures the Atlantic influence that gives their wines their distinctive character. Their project is rooted in friendship, sustainable organic farming, and a deep appreciation for native Portuguese grape varieties.

A true terroir-driven wine that screams coastal beach vibes.  Enticing aromas of apricots, lemon zest, white pepper and sea salt evolve from the glass. The palate offers a balanced, fresh, and zesty texture, with flavors of juicy peach, crisp citrus, and a subtle salinity reminiscent of the Atlantic Ocean breeze.
