Vino di Anna is a family-run winery on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, established by winemakers Anna Martens and Eric Narioo. Following their first vintage in 2008, the couple purchased ancient vineyards and a derelict 18th-century palmento to restore. They practice biodynamic farming on their old bush vines to produce minimal-intervention, natural wines that express the volcanic terroir.
Over 90% Nerello Mascalese, remainder is a blend of Nerello Cappuccio, Alicante, Carricante, Grecanico, and Minnella Bianca.

Winemaking
Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in a combination of a traditional Etnean palmento, stainless steel, and old oak casks, then aged on its fine lees before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
