Founded in 2002 by the Giardini family, Villa Venti is a certified organic and biodynamic estate nestled in the rolling hills of Emilia-Romagna. Dedicated to preserving local viticulture, the winery exclusively sources and cultivates indigenous grape varieties native to the area. Most notably, they grow the rare and highly aromatic Centesimino grape (traditionally known as Savignon Rosso), a historic variety that was nearly lost to history before being brought back to life. Their estate vines are rooted in a distinct soil profile composed of ancient red clays and Messinian sands, which imparts a profound, site-specific character and vibrant acidity to their small-production wines.
