Vazisubani Estate is a historic Georgian winery in the Kakheti region, founded by nobleman Sulkhan Chavchavadze in 1891. Meticulously restored after years of neglect, the estate now combines traditional winemaking methods using ancient qvevri clay vessels with modern European techniques. Led by 11th-generation winemaker Lado Uzunashvili, it cultivates indigenous Georgian grapes, such as Kisi, to produce distinctive wines. Today, the estate is also a premium wine tourism destination, featuring a boutique hotel and restaurant alongside its vineyards and historic cellar.
