Robert Sinskey Vineyards is an organic, family-owned winery located in Napa Valley’s acclaimed Los Carneros region, guided by the philosophy that fine wine is made in the vineyard. To create their signature Vin Gris of Pinot Noir, whole clusters of certified organic grapes are gently harvested by hand during the cool night hours. These pristine grapes are immediately whole-cluster pressed with minimal skin contact to achieve the wine's characteristic pale salmon hue and delicate aromatics. The juice is then cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks, a precise process that preserves the vibrant, crisp fruit notes and elegant minerality unique to the Carneros terroir.
