This newer domaine created by a young couple Jean Orsoni and Juliette Puyperoux, They met in Paris and it was in 2020 that they took the plunge to purchase 5 hectares of vines. The domaine was historically in Juliette's family and they have managed to piece it back togther and just completed renovating the cellar in the heart of Savigny.
A classic expression of Lavieres with cherry, strawberry, and dark floral tones on the nose. The palate has crunchy acidity and lovely darker fruit and floral tones. 50% whole cluster.
