Pinot Noir vines are 60 years old on average. Sourced from 50% Valozières (clay-limestone), 50% Caillettes (finer, sandy soils).
Jasper Morris:
"Mid purple, with a slightly reductive nose, perhaps resulting from late treatments in the vines. Tight and strict, purer too in the mouth, juicy strawberry and plummy, with a slightly firmer finish. But the fruit sails on past."
