Notes from Becky Wasserman Co.:
"From the northern edge of the village bordering Saint-Aubin, on a gradual slope that steepens at the top, northeast-facing, average of 300-320m altitude, light, stony, shallow soil. Certified organic farming with biodynamic influence."
Jasper Morris:
"Clear colour, a softer white fruit here, open and delicious."
