"Southern border with Chassagne, 3% slope, 230-meters elevation, deeper clay-limestone soil, massal selection. Farming is lutte raisonnée, with organic methods. Gentle pneumatic pressing, no pump-overs, long fermentation. Aged for 12 months in 300L and 600L barrels (0-5% new oak), followed by 6-12 months blending in tank."
