"Lower on slope, southeast of village, deep clay soil. Farming is lutte raisonee, with organic methods. Gently pressed, light decantation, long fermentation. Aged for 12 months in 300L and 600L barrels (0-5% new oak), 6-12 months in tank, fined or filtered if necessary."
