Notes from Becky Wasserman & Co.:
"The Bouley park of Carelle, also referred to as Carelle sous la Chappelle, is in the Middle of slope, facing southeast, red soils with solid limestone bedrock. Vines were all planted in 1996. Mostly de-stemmed, aged for 18 months on fine lees in barrel (10-15% new oak)."
