Based in the limestone-rich village of Uelversheim, Weingut Moritz Kissinger is a fourth-generation family estate and one of the most exciting rising stars in Germany's Rheinhessen region. Winemaker Moritz Kissinger and his wife Jasmin farm their vineyards biodynamically with a militant focus on soil health and biodiversity. Inspired by time spent working with elite growers in Champagne and driven by minimal-intervention winemaking, they produce tiny quantities of electric, laser-focused still and sparkling wines that have quickly achieved global cult status.
