"Miles frasquiera Tinta Negra 1995 is a single harvest Madeira. This wine was aged for 23 years in old American oak casks in the traditional "Canteiro" system, whereby the casks were gradually transferred from the warmer rooms of the lodge to the cooler rooms. The wine was regularly racked and when it had reached its peak, the winemaker, Francisco Albuquerque, presented the wine to the tasting panel in December 2018 for final approval."
