Based in the village of Montgenost, Champagne Marie Copinet is an independent, family-run grower estate currently managed by Marie-Laure Copinet and her husband, Alexandre Kowal. The winery manages approximately 9 hectares of vineyards across three distinct terroirs—Côte de Sézanne, Côte des Bar, and Vallée de la Marne—specializing in high-altitude Chardonnay with Terra Vitis and organic certifications. Their low-intervention winemaking approach is noted for its technical precision, featuring unique tools like custom-made stainless steel and clay egg fermenters to preserve the bright, racy acidity of their wines.
