Les Bidules is a natural, low-intervention winemaking project located in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of Southern France, situated near Sète between Béziers and Montpellier. The project sources its grapes from sun-drenched, biodynamically and organically cultivated vineyards located in Pinet and around the coastal Étangs de Thau lagoon. These specific vineyard sites feature a rich mix of rocky soils and broad hillside terraces that enjoy a southern exposition sheltered from cold northern winds. Proximity to the Mediterranean Sea provides crucial maritime breezes and cooling summer influences, which preserve vibrant acidity and infuse the wines with a distinctive, refreshing salinity.

A blend of 60% Cinsault and 40% Syrah.
