What luck it is to work with fruit like this. All organic: 80% Gamay Noir, 20% Pinot Noir. This wine is perfect served chilled or at room temperature. It is chameleonic, serving many purposes and pairing well with far too many foods."

Both the Pinot Noir and Gamay were natively fermented and aged in neutral oak separately. After 5 months in barrel, the wine was hand bottled but withheld from release to develop a bit more in bottle.
