Julian Haart is a premier Mosel producer based in Piesport who established his independent winery in 2010 after apprenticing with Riesling icons Egon Müller and Klaus Peter Keller. Farming approximately five hectares of steep, slate-rich Grand Cru sites like Goldtröpfchen and Ohligsberg, he and his wife Nadine produce meticulously hand-crafted wines known for their crystalline purity, electric acidity, and minimal-intervention style.

This bottling is sourced primarily from 25-year-old vines in the Grand Cru Goldtröpfchen vineyard, one of the Mosel's most prestigious sites.
