Gaston Chiquet recently celebrated the centennial anniversary of its founding in 1919. Located in the Grande Vallée, it’s one of the largest grower estates with over 57 acres of vines, mostly within the villages of Aÿ, Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ, Dizy and Hautvillers. The style here relies on sélection massale to naturally keep the yields low, and since their terroir naturally produce wines with plenty of body and character, all their wines are vinified in stainless steel.

A blend of 68% Chardonnay from 1er Cru sites (53% Dizy 1er Cru (20% Haut de Souchienne, 20% Veilots, 13% Crohaut Guillemoinel), 15% Hautvillers 1er Cru (Lagrange, Croix Courcelles) and 32% Pinot Noir (Dizy 1er Cru (Griboury))
