Lornet's Savagnin "Nature" cuvee is produced without any influence of voile, or flor. After a gentle pressing, the wine is aged in large format neutral oak barrels, aged in its lees, and regularly topped up to prevent the formation of a veil of yeast. It is therefore a uniquely pure expression of the Savagnin grape's varietal characteristics, without the influence of biological aging.
