Famille Fabre, one of the oldest independent wine producers in the Languedoc region of France, has been owned and managed by the Fabre family since 1605. A deep respect for nature led the family to convert their entire vineyard holdings across five châteaux to organic farming in 1991, becoming a pioneer in the region. Today, the 15th and 16th generations of the family continue this legacy, focusing on a blend of tradition, innovation, and environmental stewardship, including producing natural wines with no added sulfites.
'Lux Levis' is sourced from vineyards sheltered by the slopes of the Montagne Noire (Black Mountain) in the Languedoc region of France.
